Artwork painted at James Price Point (Walmadany), is 65km north of Broome. This area is of outstanding ecological significance. Off the coast, the largest Humpback Whale population in the world migrates to the warm Indian Ocean waters, where calves are born and nurtured.

In the process of creating this series, Cara aka Owlet has drawn inspiration from her partners drone photographs of Australia's coastline on a recent trip. The artist has translated these sensual landscapes into unique works of art centred around connection. These works are now seen and felt by many people all over the world.

From the artist:

"Here I paint on the beach. I listen to my heart. The colours I paint are those that are inside me. Colours of the land and sea. These are the colours that guide me, I trust in them and they open endless possibilities.

Quality and detail is important to me.

I have my original works scanned using a German built flatbed scanner (the only one of its kind in Australia). It is built specifically to capture the original works in the highest resolution.

They look just like the original!

All works are then printed with archival inks and museum-grade materials on cotton paper. These prints are among the best quality reproductions in the art world."

Please note: Framing takes up to 3 weeks.
