Shipping

There is a flat rate for postage. This cost has been taken into consideration when pricing items. 

Canvas prints may take up to 4 weeks. This process is time consuming, as the art needs to be printed and prepared. 
Giclee Prints may take up to 2-3 weeks. 
Tracking can be provided if requested.

Character Prints are shipped with Aus Post, tracking is provided once shipped.

Owlet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery. 

The customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items. 

The customer is responsible for their package if it gets redirected to Owlet marked as unclaimed or incorrect address. Owlet does not offer free shipping back to the customer.
