Framing Options:
- Tasmanian Oak Float Frame: The artwork is available in a Tasmanian oak float frame, and is shipped ready to hang portrait or landscape.
- Unstretched & Unframed: The artwork is at a lower rate as the work will be dismantled from frame and stretcher bars. This option is to allow for safe arrival when shipping internationally.
International Shipping: is available for unstretched and unframed artwork only. The artwork will be rolled up and shipped in a shipping tube. Any import taxes or duties by a destination country will be the responsibility of the receiver. Please email info@carasanders.com.au to discuss international shipping.

Shipping Policy
After we receive your order, each piece is printed, hand-framed (within Australia) and packaged by our supplier.
International customers (outside of Australia) your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cara Sanders is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer, unless stated otherwise. If you neglect to address customs inquiries regarding import duties and taxes relevant to your shipment, resulting in the package being returned to the sender, the customer assumes responsibility for covering the associated shipping charges to resend it. In the event that you choose to return your order, a refund will be processed, however, you will be required to pay for the initial shipment costs.
General
You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and up-to-date. If you need to edit your address details after placing an order, you can do so by reaching out to us at info@carasanders.com.au with your name and order number. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.
Shipping Estimates
Limited Edition Paper prints you will receive your print within 12-30 days. All framed prints can take from 4-5weeks to process and deliver.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
